This place is conveniently located near a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping options, and there's a great coffee shop, Reborn Coffee, nearby for a cup of tea or coffee.

Fairly clean, good budget hotel with helpful staff. Unbeatable and comfortable location in a nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to a mall and a supermarket. Decent sized rooms on the upper floors. Good choice of facilities such as: central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven.

Its location was comfortable to wedding in area.

The room had the appearance of an apartment that has been vacated by the tenant and the apartment manager had not gotten a chance to prepare it for the next tenant.

The place was horrible and depressing. The room was small. I did not get any sleep because of the noise. People running up and down the hall all night. I paid almost $200 for one night for a room that looked like it was on skid row. For $200 they could have aleast put dishes in the room

The hotel offers large and perfect rooms in a very convenient area. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to Southlands Church. The staff was helpful and attentive during my stay.

The hotel's position was comfy and unbeatable, near the Brea mall.

Ask for 1st floor n I got a 2nd floor room. Not good when u have a bad back n had to go up the stairs! Neighbors next door were loud.

Friendly and quick service from all the staff. The spot's great, close to a grocery store and tons of eateries. Had a bite at Arby's, which is just a short stroll from here. 🍔

It was a smoking room... didn't know they still made those. SUPER smokey smell...made all our things smell like cigarettes. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. There were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen. No coffee maker. The AC would blast air loudly, make a loud sound that would wake you up, then turn off... then the room would get HOT then kick on again. Walls were paper thin, along with loud noises outside the window. The shower was dirty, with a previous visitors hairs on the tiles of every wall of the shower. Towels were like sandpaper. All around disappointing. I could have stayed closer to Disneyland or at a nicer hotel for $10-15 more and would have gladly done so had I known how bad this place would be. I don't plan on every staying at an Extended Stay America again unless it's the ONLY option.

This facility does not have house keeping service, a little out dated....simply too much for what you get

Doors were slammed, because that's the only way to close them....did not see rhe breakfast area nor told upon check in were it would be

Had an enjoyable stay for the price. Everything about this low budget hotel was excellent. The room was a decent size and perfect on the upper floors. I liked the extremely friendly staff. The location turned out to be lovely, short walk to stores and eating places and green area. It was also close to all restaurants & shopping.
